"This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again."

"One of the worst facilities we have ever stayed at! Filthy hallways leading to our crappy, smelly room. Carpet was so dirty I wouldn’t walk on it with bare feet! Actually put my shoes on in the bathroom after showering to keep from walking on the dreadful carpet. Interestingly enough, I checked the ratings (8.4 excellent) before booking…who is submitting these ratings??"

"Beautiful views...can't beat it! Sparse kitchen. Carpets could be cleaner. Be prepared to bring dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher soap because none is provided. Pools are cleaned everyday. Wonderful relaxing views. Be warned and know beach flags warnings and how to treat an undertow !"

"One staff member was not friendly or pleasant. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, 4/26, but it was never cleaned, so we went to mention this to the front desk. Instead of saying, we will send somebody up to clean your room shortly we were met with an argument and accusations that we must have had the do not disturb sign on, which wasn't the case and she stated this before we even had giving her our room number.
