"The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check in to get ready for our anniversary dinner. The room was clean. Plenty of towels (usually not the case at other hotel brands). Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of handicap parking up front. An overall positive experience."

"I loved my stay here. That staff were seriously amazing and went above and beyond for me and my wife during our stay. The view was beautiful and the food/pool/amenities were all top notch. We did have an issue with the AC in our room which made the hot, humid nights pretty rough though. Maintenance was informed (no fix though) but it seemed like I didn’t advocate enough for myself. Otherwise, would recommend!"

"Because we was told we couldn’t get new sheets for our bed … our WiFi system was horrible… and the picture was nothing like they advertised.. the bed hard. And wanted charge 300 and something for extra night.. very unhappy"

"Family friendly had anything you could think of so you wouldn’t leave hotel. It could use better checking in staff. Also room was dirty even after cleaning. It didn’t get a good cleaning when I arrived to my room bathroom had piss all on the bottom area sides it was all yellow barhtub was dirty with hair. Cleaner environment for the amount of people that go there it should be worth the upgrades."

"Roach motel!!! I have never in my life saw so many cockroaches in a hotel room and all around hotel as well. These things were massive!! In cabinets, beds, etc. i was in disbelief. Staff was rude , all but 2 we interacted with."

"The best thing about this property is the staff. The rooms are very dated and in rough condition. Our first room was so bad we said move us or lose us. We had booked 3 nights. The electronic check in with your cell phone was a pain in the rear. Thank goodness for the staff at the front desk. No phone in the room, no towels in the bathroom because there is no towel bar, the toilet is about 12 inches off the floor and the shower tubs have no grab bars. Yes we’re and older couple but please grab...

"Very nice property. Great building and great location. Only downside was the ice machine had black mold in it and the mini fridge that was provided was frozen over with ice."

"The rooms are very out dated. The water in the shower was like warm never hot. The pool closed at sundown. The sign said 10pm. We were told due to no lights in the pool. The pool is a big part of our evening so this was inconvenient. The walk to the beach was amazing. Not a long haul to get set up. Ground level made it convenient and easy. The parking was a nightmare due to sharing parking with sharks restaurant."

"Overall, our stay was nice. The beach view and easy access to the beach is 10/10. The pool was clean and a great size. Staff were kind and helpful. The only thing keeping Seahaven from a 5 star rating is the place needs a renovation in several areas in the rooms from balcony bars to the bathrooms. But no serious complaints from my family. The price was decent for a beachfront hotel."

"Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...
