There's a huge grocery store beside the underground station as well. We could get to any tourist site in the city in under 30 min easily. The pub that is below the hotel is also super handy if you want to have lunch or dinner. Breakfast was good and there was a menu to select from for the hotel guests. Building is called ‘Moda’ for those looking for it and you need to check in online before arrival but I received no word from the company. The man on the front desk was very helpful, but if he wasn’t there I would have been completely stuck! "

"It was an awesome stay. The room and kitchen were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and cutlery for any type of food. The kitchen was fully functional. The transportation was convenient, with a 5-minute walk to Victoria Station and the bus hub. This makes it an ideal location for any traveler. "Such a lovely property, not far walk from the underground. Such a lovely surrounding area with lots of shops, restaurants and a great community all round I felt safe (as a for travelling on my own) and the rooms were clean. Beds very comfortable. Even having a seperate private bathroom downstairs was fine. Hot shower, clean towels. My room was 6 and this was main road facing so it does get a bit loud in the morning with buses/cars etc but still a good nights sleep. Didn’t use the shared kitchen...

"This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms."
