"Rooms were very clean and check in was super simple once I found out that I didn’t have to have a desk attendant to assist but I was able to take care of my whole check in from a kiosk! Cool right;)"

"Overall fantastic stay! The location is close to the airport and a 5 minute walk from the train. The breakfast had plenty of options, just wished it stayed open later. One of your rooms had a stain on the sheets bur other than that everything was very clean."

"At 8:30 in the morning the office wasn’t open. No breakfast was being served as promised. It was supposed to be served from 7-10 am. Would like a refund!!!"

"This is a great property. We stayed 6 nights. Wonderful Public Areas with different seating areas. Sleeping rooms are well appointed and quiet. Never heard any hall or outdoor noice. We grabbed a quick lunch in the Cafe and the food was excellent. Only recommendation would be to have carpeting cleaned in Public Areas. Overall great experience.,"

They sent an engineer to adjust but then its still not getting cold enough. They gave me a fan but ta not comfortable to use and blowing all the dust in the room. The hot tub was unavailable on my stay and the rooms could stand to be modernized a bit, more USB ports, modern fixtures etc, but I enjoyed my stay. If you're going to Glenwood Caverns you couldn't be closer and your hotel parking puts you in a prime spot."

"Historical property dated and seems like they were surviving on their legacy not on service, granted there property is torn up by a construction project. Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room. "Such a great place. If we stayed for more than 2 nights we may have used the well stocked kitchen to cook a meal. Such an exceptional suite and property has plenty of activities. Just don't count on the fishing pole rentals. They told me they don't do it any more. Will definitely come back if in area."

"We enjoyed the location very much as the property is right next to the river and two miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The owner at the front desk was friendly. We did not like the bed as it was very firm and uncomfortable. We shared this with the owner We also thought the kindling provided for the fireplace was not enough to start a fire in the fireplaces. We hope this part of the property will be renovated and we will consider staying there again."

"The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful."
