"I overall enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms and lobby were very clean. Nice bar area in the connected Lockwood restaurant. The staff was great, as was the location. 4 elevators made going up and down very efficient. Had a view of a parking garage which isn’t the end of the world. Also received an unexpected early check in which was great! I did go to grab ice and noticed there was no ice machine on my floor, went to another floor and that ice machine was out of order. "Historical property dated and seems like they were surviving on their legacy not on service, granted there property is torn up by a construction project. Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room. It’s outrageous that they would even rent that room even to Expedia discontinued customers. Also room have portable free standing AC units which are vented by flexible...

"Such a great place. If we stayed for more than 2 nights we may have used the well stocked kitchen to cook a meal. Such an exceptional suite and property has plenty of activities. Just don't count on the fishing pole rentals. They told me they don't do it any more. Will definitely come back if in area."

"Beautiful property! The staff was very kind & helpful. We had a snowy day while on the property and we were very thankful for the board games in the upstairs lobby. I wish the rooms were a bit bigger for our family of 4 and there were other dining options but otherwise it was lovely. "

"The only issue was the screen door to the balcony was old and didn’t lock. We kept the door open anyway to hear the river. I was a little concerned someone might walk in when we were asleep. Otherwise a great spot right on the river!"

I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful."
