"Old hotel. Picked it because of high ratings across over 1,000 clients. Trying to bring rating in line with experience. Old old old. Heat light in bathroom reminded me of Holiday Inn back in 1970’s!"

"I’ll start by saying The Lodge operates best when Leveena is working the front desk. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She took amazing care of my needs as I was recently out of a major surgery and was not able to walk. On her days off, The Lodge seemed understaffed, and certain things did not work smoothly, starting with trying to reach the front desk.
