"Perfect stay from beginning to end. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the room was breathtaking. Better than the pictures, hands down one of the top 5 hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The only downside is it was the first place we stayed on our trip so it ruined everywhere else in comparison. 10/10 all around."

"You have to iron your clothes in the lobby and the front desk guys were literally boxing each other with boxing gloves 5 feet away from us with a hot iron… there was no A/C (of course), dust bunnies everywhere in the room, you have 2 medium towels (no hand towels or wash cloths) and have to pay for more towels, can’t leave your bags at the front desk if you arrive early (you have to pay for lockers), no early check-in (we waited in the lobby for 5 hours), and they wouldn’t let us refund our...

"The Victoria Inn is very close to the 58th Street show and was convenient for an overnight stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities for tea and coffee in the room and air conditioning. There was very little natural light in our room which made it a bit gloomy at first sight."

"We love staying here. The rooms facing the garden are always peaceful and quiet. Beds and rooms are comfy and clean. Fans are always provided. I just wish the windows opened more for fresh air circulation. Breakfast is buffet but we always find something to our taste. My daughter is vegetarian and she struggled though. Possibly need a few more vegetarian options at breakfast. Otherwise all good thanks."

"I've been making every effort to resolve this matter privately, but now I've been left with no choice. I stayed at Canary Riverside Plaza on 11-12 July 2026. Between approximately 1am-3am, the fire alarm repeatedly went off due to what we were later informed was a system error, resulting in multiple evacuations of the hotel throughout the night. "The Greenwich Double Tree is an excellent hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious enough for a couple, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. The staff were very friendly and service excellent, which I value highly. The hotel offered a 25% discount on the price of breakfast, which one could select on a daily basis. Breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold food on a self service basis, from a variety of traditional English to fruit, pancakes and continental. The coffee was very good....
