"Too many rules stuck everywhere in the property. The lady that attended to us was impolite over the phone. Properrty difficult to locate. Need for signposts on the roads close to property."

"We stayed at the Bromley Court Hotel while visiting family in Forest Hill. The hotel is a great base for South London in general. It's a little outside the centre of Bromley but very quiet and a real plus was that the hotel has lots of parking. Our room was pretty standard but clean and comfortable. The hotel has a super restaurant with very friendly staff - we had an evening meal and our breakfasts there, all excellent. "We would have rated the Castle excellent if we had slept better, but having a room on the busy main road made that difficult…we could imagine that another back room was much quieter. But the atmosphere was nice and both dinner and breakfast freshly cooked and well-presented were all enjoyable."

"As always we had a lovely stay. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy and the food, especially the breakfast is lovely. Just a note to say they are planning on closing at some point in the future - we were told it would be August next year so do check if you ring to book. We hope to return again before they close. "Sink was blocked and had a slow drain. Informed staff, but no maintenance was available over weekend. They did offer to change room. Room had a moldy smell. A/C was not adequate in cooling room sufficiently, it was end of July 2026 in London, the temperatures were high. Car park onsite was excellent, although pricey. Staff were friendly. Gym was small and also had a moldy smell."
