"We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....

"The breakfast though expensive was a unique experience for us. I recommend it for someone never tasted a genuine lavish Japanese breakfast. The bath facility was nice; definitely worth trying out. I liked the massage chair in the lobby as well. Everything worked as expected. My room was the smallest in the building but it still felt reasonably spacious. The staff was very attentive.
