"The food, hotel and experience was by no means what we expected and not in the good way. It definitely seemed like reviews were skewed, however there were some amazing people we met on the trip and tried to make the best out of the time were there. Do not recommend nor will will we be staying under this hotel brand again. "

"Staff were wonderful, friendly helpful. Had an unexpected issue with fridge in the room, they wasted no time even though it was late in the evening, they replaced the fridge.
Beach and bar area was very relaxing and clean. "

"Habitación excelente
Personal muy bien
Desayuno bien, pero los guisados muy pobres, en calidad y poca variedad.
Y lo de todo incluido, no es posible, que la mayoría de los platillos buenos, te los cobran a parte. Los que están marcados con * . Eso no está bien.
Además de la falta de personal en los restaurantes.
La recepcionista tiene que andar limpiando mesas, para poder ir a acomodar a los comensales."
