"Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."

"We stayed two weeks as a home base for our touring of the area. Our room had just the basics for cooking but served our needs perfectly. We were within two blocks from Watford Junction Station which is a major hub to travel into London or to travel to areas north etc. The Harry Potter bus pickup is here as well. "Typical English breakfast with a few other options. It's about 25 mins walk to the WB studio tour, which is why I stayed originally the first time...but I've been back since because I love the venue. Staff were amazing....I've stayed here a few times and they've always looked after me. I'd give ten stars if I could."

"Very nice place to stay it's comfortable the staff members are all nice, hands down I would recommend and stay there again. Its right off the M1 easy on easy off. Watford is just around the corner. London is a stone throw away. I wish they would include parking for hotel guests, then it would be a home run. The breakfast is really good they even cook your eggs on a request any style. "
