Breakfast was the worst continental breakfast- no drinking water, juice, etc. Do yourself the favor and spend an additional $50 to stay at a better property."

"I was relocated to this hotel because I was having issues with the pool amenities at the hotel I originally booked. Glad I was relocated here, the Expedia member called them prior to confirm no pool issues . Our suite was beautiful and clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. "Check in and out was easy and quick. The hotel was able to deal well with a large number of guests coming and going, I imagine for the World Cup games. But there is insufficient staff to handle the cars. It is much quicker to park yourself. Fortunately it is free. Also no one cleaned our room on the second day. Breakfast was typical for this kind of hotel. They did a good job of keeping it plentiful. The room was designed nicely and adequately."

"Staff was kind and helpful on all shifts. Only entrance was in the parking lot and consisted of extremely steep steps, almost impossible for elders and persons with arthritis. Bed was too high and difficult to lay on due to metal coils poking your body. No drawers and no hanging closets for women’s dresses. No information on restaurants, parks, or events, or even instructions for the tv. Overall, not satisfactory but expensive."
