Hotel dekat Palm Beach at Moody Gardens

"First time staying at Moody Gardens in Galveston. Stayed one night, didn’t use amenities except dining next to elevators and the food was surprisingly great! I got the veggie burger without cheese and my friend got the green wrap; both were yum! Had the beach view and even though it wasn’t beach per se, it was Schlitterbahn’s view which was epic! Expedia had a great deal for the room and I’d definitely recommend and would book there again."

"I've stayed several times at Springhill in Galveston. They have a great breakfast. The front desk attendant always speaks to you."

"The outside of the Inn was inviting and a little deceptive. The mini golf and the pool were useful but could use some renovations. The actual room is where the let down begins. There was a moldy scent upon entry. Beds were comfortable. The tub was cracked and leaking. There was a part of the shower that was taped and the adhesive was spreading and made showering annoying because you had to stand in a certain position to avoid feeling like the shower was going to fall in. "The room smelled really bad , we couldn’t sleep well all night. And room was not quite at all even though we requested way ahead of our check in. The wifi was not working and reception person failed to tell us. Posting it on walls doesn’t help us feel we are being treated. Staff were helpful but the place is not well maintained."

"We opened our room once we checked in and found two dead roaches on the floor and a large stain in the carpet, the staff was nice and gave us another room as requested. Second room had no coffee and toilet seat was very loose. I had stayed in a lot of holiday inns and I hate to safe this was the worst experience over all. Staff was nice "

"Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean—the blanket looked dirty, the floors were unclean, and there was like mold in the bathtub. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and this hotel did not meet it."

"Se va la luz muy seguido, el precio de fin de semana es al doble de entre semana , a las 11 te tienes que salir puntual , el aseo lo tienes que solicitar, no lo hacen si no les dices , algo prepotentes las empleadas , no hay amabilidad, creo trabajan a fuerza , 2 estrellas es lo más que yo les daría."

"We chose this property because of proximity to the beach and convention center. On the positive side: Breakfast waffle is in a Texas shape which was fun. Parking is free. Room A/C was functional and beds were comfy enough. Walking distance to beach and Kroger’s Detractors: WiFi wasn’t working and the staff did not know how to trouble shoot and brushed it off. -Fitness center had no A/C and no yoga or exercise mat -Bathroom didn’t have ventilation -Front desk wasn’t very helpful at all...

"Hotel was nice breakfast was very delicious only problems I had was there were stains on curtains and we had loud and disruptive neighbors I payed extra for and ocean view and got the pool view I was a little upset but other then that I did enjoy my time there"

"Room needed more floor cleaning, thoroughly… No coffee maker in the room. No microwave in the room. Double queen , very little extra space. Air conditioning IS fantastic ! Staff was very helpful ! Parking is narrow but adequate."
