"Great room, super clean and friendly welcome. Conveniently located but had to wait a super long time for coffees and paying our tab in the lounge. Room service wasn’t an option the whole stay. Not being able to use the tv as it’s not compatible with Apple was a bit annoying and limiting for in room time."

"My stay at the Shangri-la Hotel Toronto was the very best hotel experience I have ever had. The service was top-notch, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet. The climate control was excellent. The food and service at Bosk restaurant was excellent. The coffee shop and lounge was also very nice for a quick bite and relaxing. There was not a single negative to the entire experience."

"We were not given any information about the property itself upon check in. Upsetting to hear there was more to the property than we knew after staying for 3 nights! Apparently there was breakfast? We saw the lobby and the check in desk - assumed that was all. It is a shame we spent this amount of money to sleep."

"The room was clean and the instructions provided by the hotel were clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated. However, the overall stay was not very comfortable. The room temperature was difficult to manage—the fan was quite noisy and continuously blew cold air throughout the night. There was also significant light coming through the gap under the door, which made it hard to sleep. Noise was a major issue. I could hear the subway as well as activity in the hallway, likely due to the gap at...
