"This was particularly bad. Beyond already having to pay for parking, (and it being very difficult to find the EV chargers - literally had to exit and reenter the garage from a different entrance to end up at the correct level) it's a very long walk first to the check in desk, then to the room elevators. At check in the employee mentioned "late check out is available, $10/hr just let us know anytime before 11am" I call in the morning to request, and they tell me over the phone it's $20/hr. I push...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"First time and it was amazing. Love the location, so easy and didn’t have to walk all over the place to find it. Room was clean and comfortable. Been to a lot of resorts, will be back at Nobu at Caesars."
