"We had an amazing time at this location- it is walking distance to all of the main attractions we were looking to spend time at during our trip to Florence (me, my husband, and our 18 month old daughter). We walked to Ponte vecchio, the trevi fountain, the uffizzi gallery... all the great shopping etc! We even noticed a playground across the Arno that our daughter also loved. The staff was SO helpful and friendly. A very comfortable crib was set up in our room before arrival for our daughter....

"We arrived hoping for a simple rest before an early flight, but the experience was disappointing. The front desk refused early check-in, which set the tone. Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. We were finally moved to a different room around midnight. With a 4:00 am airport departure, we barely slept. For the price, basic comforts and responsive service should be a given. Would not stay here...

"This hotel is not located right by the main attractions in the old part of Florence. Fortunately, it offers a shuttle that takes guests to the nearest tram station. From there, at the cost (as of June 2026) of 1.70 euros, one can get to the old part of town in about 15 minutes. If one should want to get back to the hotel before 10 p.m., then it is possible to arrange the shuttle to come pick you up at the same tram station.
