Pessoas da recepção muito solicitas, porém depois de 21:00, não ficava ninguém, tivemos um problema com o cartão de entrada e aguardamos bastante tempo até alguém aparecer pra resolver. O quarto é muito confortável, a cama é boa, o banheiro bem distribuído. Como defeito, não havia secador de cabelos no quarto, este tinha que ser pedido com antecedência na recepção e tinha período de uso pré determinado. O apartamento não foi limpo nenhuma vez durante nossa estadia.

Although small, the room was clean & warm; the balcony allowed some fresh air in with the door open; the kitchenette was really useful; the breakfast was cold-food only but perfectly adequate to start the day.

There is no ventilation in the room. You must sleep with the balcony door/window open. But the highway side is very noisy! It seems quite new, so weird it is not integrated in the building. Room is very clean. There is minimum staff in the hotel and no night reception.

Excellent experience in Paris

The hotel is in front of the Metro, which makes moving around the city extremely easy if you don’t mind taking 30/40 minutes to get to the touristic area. The hotel room was clean, comfy, big, and with a nice balcony. We didn’t have any problems with the accommodation at all, excellent bathroom and kitchen. As we went on October, the lack of AC was not a problem. The staff was friendly and helped us with all of our needs. It’s a great option for people who are visiting Paris for 5 or more days.

Great stay and location.

The kitchen is fully equipped with what's needed. They provide a sponge, towel, and dish soap along with all the pots, pans and utensils. It has a microwave, stove top and small refrigerator. The room was clean although they do not have maid service unless requested. This is an aparthotel, so you provide your own toilet paper, except for the initial toilet paper provided. Also there is no iron or washcloths which is typical for France. They have towels upon request. There is a washer and dryer for a fee. The Metro is right across the street that can take you anywhere in Paris. The front desk staff is nice and helpful. The shower is nice and there are a blackout shield on the window with a remote.This is my second stay here and I plan to stay here again.
