"Seriously, give this hotel a chance. It took me a couple of days to truly appreciate why the Condado Vanderbilt is considered one of the premier luxury hotels in Puerto Rico. "This place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were super clean! The customer service was unexpectedly trash, the bartenders weren’t upbeat and nice. They were dry and miserable it gave off that they were sick of working there. The drinks were $17 and taste like water! For the amount of money being spent here they can at least offer a happy hour smh. I hope that in the future they can implement a nice happy hour with better music being played! People come...

"My stay was okay. We were mainly in the hotel to shower, dress, and sleep. The only amenity we used was the pool, there’s not much amenities to access. The WiFi didn’t work. The restaurant staff on the rooftop were way more helpful. Someone walked into our room without knocking then claimed she’s the supervisor. I could had been in the nude. That was very unprofessional, I wouldn’t stay here again ."

"There were roaches in the room. And the room was not that clean. It’s a decent place to stay. It has AC and breakfast in the morning. I would not stay here again, and the price was too expensive for the quality of the room. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s close to tourist spots then the location is convenient"

"They staff were so nice they held my luggage for me , the room was very clean the view was my favorite part it was so pretty at night . I loved the gym as well as the Spa the massage therapist was so nice, and the breakfast buffet is sooooooo good. didn’t get a chance to explore the amenities in the sister hotel but the one time I did go over I really enjoyed it. Highly recommend I will stay again."
