"I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. "Bed was comfy price was very good including breakfast house was separate and only shared with one other couple but we had our own room and bathroom which was spotless own swimming pool and roof terrace were amazing bonus super value for money and great people nice service! "

"The only negative was house keeping, they didn’t leave towels or top up any of the tea/coffee/milk in the rooms and they sisnt give you a ticket to get out of the car parks as it was free to park in the adults only royal level "

Dommage que les piscines ferment à 18h et qu il y ait une différence entre ceux qui font partie du club "prefered" et qui ont accès à des bars et que ce ne soient pas le cas pour les autres. Les tarifs sont assez élevés pour ne pas avoir droit à la totalité du domaine. Sinon c était parfait avec une superbe vue. Les équipes étaient vraiment sympa et aux petits soins Sinon, "
