"I accidentally left a shirt that was very important to me in the closet. I called three times to follow up, but unfortunately never received any response and was repeatedly told that nothing had been found in lost & found. The room itself was clean and the doormen were very kind and professional, but this experience left me disappointed with the overall stay."

"Talk about nickle and dime as much as possible. The coffee was horrible and NOT free. The coffee they give in room was awful. You can get coffee downstarirs if you wait in line with 20 people and 1 staff making burnt crap coffee. No creamer. Ceilings were leaking above elevator on 2B. our rooms were supposed to be $1300.00 the hotel took 2600 from my husbands account. They said it was just a "hold" but guess what the money was still GONE! The rooms dont have fridge, microwave... what the heck...

"Great stay at Sixty DC! An absolutely beautiful hotel and room. The shower makes me want to renovate mine! Staff was very accommodating of my early check in needs, very friendly, and attentive whenever needed! Valet was ready, friendly, helpful and prompt during pick up and check-in. We'll absolutely be back!"

"I was getting ready for my day when I discovered there was only one washcloth in the room. When I contacted the front desk, the staff member who was an older black woman with a wig and glasses on attempted to place the responsibility on housekeeping. She stated that she called housekeeping around 12:45 p.m. to bring additional washcloths to my room. I had plans and needed to be dressed and ready by 1:30 p.m. Unfortunately, no one ever brought the washcloths. I called the front desk again, but...

"The front desk staff was amazing. They treated us as family not a stranger. The room was very neat. Bed very comfortable. The restroom was supplied with towels, and every morning. The view fron the window, looked unto the street and skyline. The front entertainment area was very nice, plenty of seating. The door Attendant were great! Very nice and helpful. They took time to talk with us. My experience was very positive. Would stay again."

"The room was way too small. I fought the claustrophobia. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was hard and I nearly slid off the bed! The bathroom is nice. The room was very clean. No hand towels! I had to ask at the front desk. There is no complimentary morning. coffee or coffee maker in the room. No refrigerator in the room. It took me two days to figure out how to have ice and soda in the room for overnight. (You have to purchase soda and ask for an ice tub at the bar service area.)"
