"Website said breakfast was included, but was NOT included if you booked on Expedia or 3rd party site. Hotel said breakfast was only included if you booked directly on their website. Very misleading! Also, hotel entrance closest to parking lot was not accessible with room key. There was no sign stating any hours of operation or one indicating there was a problem with the door. This was VERY inconvenient as it required walking around entire property to gain entry at main entrance. After entering the hotel to ask about this, there was no one available at the front desk to report issue to.
Rooms were clean, but our room was missing soap, shampoo, etc. Notified front desk, but never received items.
After reading other reviews, we were disappointed as we expected a better experience. Only positive, rooms were clean."
