Hotel murah di Philipstown

"The room was not at all like the pictures. First room we were placed in was over a liquor store, which was not explained on expedia. The room smelled terrible. There was a hole in the wall, dead bugs smushed into the walls, cobwebs in the corners that tangled so far down. Went down to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room was just as bad. the door didnt open the whole way because the bed was in the way. Didn't feel safe enough to stay."

"amazing"

"Clean room and property. Staff excellent as they were helpful and quick helping us change rooms after an issue with a faulty shower handle. Not their fault. Only thing we’d like to see better would be more of a healthier breakfast selection…"

"Fantastic room. The property is still very new and any issues were very minor."

"Stayed here many time great place great staff"

"We mostly enjoyed our stay at Bear Mountain. Respectfully, The Overlook Lodge is closer to a roadside motel than a Lodge. There’s no staff on site or elevators, so fair warning if you have a lot of stuff with you and staying on the 2nd floor. This is probably a little nitpicky, but the lighting is so cold and it feels like a hospital in all of the common areas and the rooms. "We had a lovely one-night stay here on our way back to New York from the Catskills. The room was modern and spacious, and the hotel offers free parking and a heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good too. Overall, a really enjoyable and convenient stay. Would happily recommend!"

"Staff was extremely helpful. Best accessible bathroom in any hotel we've stayed in. Dolly was particularly helpful"

"This property was beautiful!! Everything was clean and thoughtful, breakfast was homemade, with options from the staff. Staff were lovely, so friendly. Roy, the golden retriever was a cutie!! :)"

"Rooms were spacious and clean"

"Clean Facility"

"All good"

"The front desk was horrible didn't greet you or give you information such as breakfast or anything about hotel. Looked like hotel was flipped and upgraded poor job at that. I don't have enough space for the inconvenience for our stay. Spots on our spreads in room, brown water in toilet and tub and sink. Tv didn't work in room. Went to front desk and associate there didn't care. Just cared about cell phone just said see mgr. in the A.M. No! I wanted my room changed or refund me but not as we were...

"We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!"
