The weekends are very busy with folks out and about. The location is ideal for sightseeing. "We didn’t get any information about what services available in the hotel when we checked in… , front disk girl was not professional in loudly saying .. sir your card was declined… and she was mistaken.. she charged my cards twice.. and they had to refund me.. a gentleman in the front disk was awesome and went the extra mile to help me finding my phone I lost in the taxi Overall the front disk manager was nice and apologetic We loved the hotel .. overall and we will come back"

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."
