"I really liked this hotel. It was in a perfect area close to many tourist areas. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was always nice. They set up car service to and from the airport for me. I would recommend."

"Excellent property in the heart of Old Quarter. Comfortable, clean with nice amenities (rooftop restaurant and bar) onsite and spa and gym a short walk (3 min) away. Very helpful and kind staff. Can get a little noisy, but quiets down later at night."

"We (2 adults l, 2 kids—6&8) stayed here for two nights with a night in the middle when we left for a cruise in Ha Long bay. The staff were incredible! As soon as we arrived, they grabbed bags from our car, then grabbed and stored them in between our stays. The breakfast was delicious and you could order off their menu for freshly made omelets and pho for free. We feel pretty lucky to ha w found this place for our family. It was comfortable and lovely."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again."
