"We arrived and were greeted upon arrival. Check in went smooth and the staff was very friendly. We headed to the room (17th floor the very top floor). Once arrived in the room. It was very clean. A tad crowded with furniture. Every room has a small patio. We checked it out. The rails for the patios are not very secure as the rails are very loose. "Shower water pressure was abysmal. Had to request fresh towels multiple times unsuccessfully before picking up from front desk in person. Vanity legs in bathroom were broken. Couch looked like a scratch post for cats. Had to special request coffee every morning. Would not recommend and will not rebook."
