Great place for a couple of days.

Great staging area out of Playa del Carmen to go to Cozumel, Chichen Itza. Very convenient to all the touristy shops and eateries. A bit noisy at night sometimes since it is by a small mall. Great staff that wants to make sure your needs are met.

My friends and I stayed here and we had a great time! CONS: - no elevator - water takes a little while to get hot - pillows super firm (we had to beat them each night to help soften them) PROS: - this place is QUIET! - super walkable to go partying/dining - SAFE! Security posted outside

The property has no elevators, and they originally gave me a room in the third floor. This time I traveled with my two kids that are under five years old. After talking to them, they were able to accommodate me to the second floor, which was nice of them. Overall, if you’re going to travel to Cancun, December is the time to go. Thank God this place has air-conditioning because most of the time we spent it in our room. Also, one thing I wish they had was a mini refrigerator. But overall staff was nice. It was a quiet and clean hotel.

Aspira was delightful! What a sweet place, perfectly located near the pedestrian walkway, shops, cafes and the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

No me gustó, al llegar nadie nos ayudó estuvimos fuera del hotel como 15 min por que no había nadie en recepción y no había ni siquiera un número para llamar ya que el que me dieron dice fuera de servicio. Cuando por fin nos ayudaron nos mandaron a otro hotel a hacer el Chek-in y nos dieron una habitación en un piso donde no había luz, al entrar a la habitación estaban las camas sin hacer y no había luz tampoco. Tuvimos que regresar al otro hotel para que nos ayudaran y nos dieron otra habitación. Esa que nos dieron no tenía agua caliente y las sábanas y toallas se veían muy desgastadas. La verdad fue una pésimas experiencia lo cual es decepcionante ya que me e hospedado en otros hoteles de la misma cadena y siempre el servicio y las instalaciones son increíbles

La regadera muy mala, no había nadie al hacer check out y tuvo que venir una persona de otro hotel a realizarlo, el lavabo tapado, el baño muy incómodo con una esquina que le pusieron justo frente a la regadera, este hotel ha decaído desde que le cambiaron de nombre de Aspira a este nuevo, tenía más categoría antes
