Sem Café da manhã e sem limpeza.

O quarto é o que estavamos esperando pelo valor pago, a cama (pelo menos do quarto que ficamos) não era confortável, o chuveiro nao funciona - lavar o cabelo é impossível (são gotas de água). O local é distante do centto principal uns 15 min de caminhada. Local silencioso, mas não conta com ninguém para fazer a limpeza do quarto, reposição de papel higiênico e nem toalhas. Fechamos o pacote com café da manhã continental, mas você se depara com uma cozinha vazia e sem café, qua do fala com o dono pelo zap ele justifica que é devido a pandemia e que já solicitou que fosse retirado da descrição (outras pessoas na mesma situação), nos ofereceu 50 pesos diário para o café (o primeiro dia gastamos 150 pesos em 1 copo de café, pão e 1 iogurte), por fim disse que pagaria 100 pesos por dia (600 pesos), cada dia era uma história diferente para entregar o dinheiro, no último dia pediu para pagar pelo paypal - criamos e enviamos a conta, ele nos enviou o conpromante dia 15.01.22, hoje dia 27.01.22 o dinheiro não entrou. Ao chegar no Brasil vou acionar o cartão de crédito para estorno do valor por desacordo comercial e acredito que o Hotels.com deveria aplicar alguma penalidade por tamanha falta de respeito com seus clientes. Fecho por vocês por confiança e para me sentir segura, mas estou me sentindo lesada pela falta de comprometimento do dono. Aguardo um posicionamento para que outras pessoas não passem pela mesma situação

To unlock the door turn the key to the notch up position insert key push hard towards the left from the out side or the right from the inside very hard like you want to secure it like a bank vault. THEN TURN THE KEY. It will unlock very easy if you follow these steps. There was absolutely no gym. It’s a ten dollar cab ride to the beach. Very roomy but I prefer walking distance to the beach. It’s a better long term place instead of short term.

Suficiente para pasar una noche en Playa del Carmen. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y la llave que nos dieron para el estacionamiento no era la correcta, como ya era noche y no había personal en el lugar, tuvimos que dejar el auto afuera
