First and foremost. No hot water as stated by previous reviews. We thought this would have been addressed by now. Some red marks on sheets, maybe old blood. We added the buffet breakfast but was not able to make 4 out of 5 days due to planned day trips. The day we were able to make breakfast, the restaurant was to open @ 8a but didn't open due to lack of staff till 8:25a. We ordered omelets but due to our day-trip pickup, the cook could not get it to us on time. So had to leave without breakfast nor coffee. We asked for a credit/refund upon arrival but was denied. Instead the hotel prepared (2) lunch boxes as compensation. What about the other days? Cleaning services are very aggressive! Even though we requested NO cleaning, the maids entered our room anyways so they can collect tips. Back to the buffet, they expect their tips BEFORE you eat your breakfast. Unprofessional. Stairs not lit early mornings (~6-7a). Stairs steps are uneven and not uniform (one step is higher/lower than others). Communications with Front desk is thru WhatsApp only. No phones! TVs are worthless, didn't connect 95% of the time. The fore mentioned complaints is NOT the staff's fault. They were pleasant for the most part.
