"Their check in process need better managing. We arrived on a Tuesday and couldn’t believe the long lines for check in. I used the kiosk for faster check in since we arrived at 3:30 pm and 4:45 pm I was still waiting for a room. Then the offer me an upgrade not free for the inconvenience but for an additional fee of $240 no thank you"
