"Spacious hotel rooms and comfortable beds. The hallways smelled a little odd, but this is likely because you can cook in some of the rooms / some rooms have stovetops. You can't really control what someone is cooking! They have laundry facilities onsite as well and while I did not use them, they looked clean. The fitness center was very clean as well and they even had a Peloton bike. I would definitely stay here again."

"This property was horrible. We walked in the room and got an instant headache. We complain and was moved to another room downstairs (staiwell was dingy.) However, a minutes later front desk called and said we need to pay $30 more for the upgrade. We refused to pay an additional $ and were told to leave which we did. We found another hotel "Red Roof Inn" that was much cleaner, more spacious and served breakfast."

"Great hotel with clean room, wonderful staff and breakfast when we were able to get up before 9am. Parking in front is limited but ample parking in the back near the pool. Manager helped with my reservation (I added a day before my reservation since we got in earlier) she helped iron everything out quickly so I didn't have to pack and move to another room. SO Helpful!. "On the day of my check in, main office was closed so I had to go down the road. The lady WAS AMAZING. So sweet, so helpful. My issue wasn’t until I woke up at 8 am with a random man staring at me stating I should not be here , that this is not my room. I explained I checked in this is the room they gave me. "Breakfast was great and the reception was nice. Good location and nice room over the pool and a view of the gulf. Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. But, overall, Embassy Suites was very nice and our room had a good view of the Gulf. I did not realize this hotel was not beachside but the view was unobstructed. We would stay here again.
