"Great location for beachin. Room needed finished painting but was clean."

"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"

"Everything was fine with the room an Staff but the rooms need more sound barrier between the room.. people in the room next to ours where very loud all night long. Sounded like they where tearing the room apart, slamming the door every few minutes, talking an hollering very loud.. could not rest.."

"View was priceless, it was clean, staff very nice the location of this hotel is the best but this hotel needs a serious renovation it's very old. Floor is not really good, bathtub faucet leaking, doors are really bad."

"The toilet had poop in it when we arrived and the bed sheets had stains on them. It looks like they were trying to renovate but never completed it so the hotel isn’t very well put together. The front desk receptionist was nice but wasn’t available to accommodate at all times."

"The outside bar was ok, rooms were dirty sheets and blankets had stains on them and sheets didn’t fit the bed. Floors was very dirty and garbage disposal didn’t work we had plunge the kitchen sink. The grounds was very clean."

"Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!"
