"We had a wonderful stay at the Bourbon Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring New Orleans, and the balcony was definitely a highlight, it was a great place to relax and take in the atmosphere. The staff was amazing throughout our stay: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and made for a great home base while visiting the city. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in New Orleans."

"Everything was perfect!!! However I was traveling with my 67 yo disabled cousin, and we felt it safest NOT to use the shower, which had no hand grips or floor grips- marble and water super slippery. Be careful. However, this was the one and only thing rest. Everything was perfect. Please make that very clear."

"This stay was very comfortable. Great friendly staff and the rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms stocked as they should be. Very well built and maintained. It’s not dirty, no bugs, no peeling paint, showers are strong and water is clean. Very nice stay and I’ll be repeating when I’m in town every time."

"Staff service was almost never responded to requests. Stay several nights, despite taking the tips, never making the beds, changing towels accordingly, the last day they even didn’t take the trash. Upon checking we were told there was an power outage, anything related to that we can go directly to the manager, and the front desk will not take complaints. The key cards didn’t work for most days we stayed and have to wait for security to open the door for us every time. We traveled with holiday...

"Be ready to pay for valley parking and have to be requesting the car for any time you need your car. That is the hotel's only parking option. But dont be afraid to drive around the green area across the street you might find street parking spaces available."

"My room was very old and outdated. The furniture and walls were all scratched up. The sheets weren't clean, which I didn't see until afterwards because I didn't sleep on that side. There was a loud noise that sounded like a truck coming through the walls repeatedly throughout the night. It most likely was a plumbing issue. The hotel needs a renovation ASAP."

"I stayed at Place d’Armes over a very busy Fourth of July weekend, and the location was perfect for walking to almost everywhere I wanted to visit in New Orleans. The courtyard made me feel like I had stepped onto another continent, and I loved every bit of it. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the ceiling fan was a game changer I didn’t know I needed.
