"Front staff lady was not helpful. Parking signs were up saying you needed to pay on an app and she never offered a parking pass. I only knew because I heard a different front staff offer it to someone else. It cost me $17 extra. There was also a loud barking dog that I heard someone else report to staff, they said they couldn’t do anything. It barked for hours and was in the background of my virtual meeting. The dumpster was picked up at 5am slamming around and woke up several guests, it was discussed at breakfast."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. Parking was convenient with the option to use Valet or park in the parking garage. The staff was very nice and considerate. The rooms were impressive and very clean. I would stay here again. "

"The room I was initially assigned was noticeably unclean and had an odor. The furniture (particularly the loveseat) was dirty and worn. When I reported my dissatisfaction with the room, the staff was receptive and gracious. I was transferred to another room that was satisfactory. The room amenities were limited— although there was a fridge, it was without a portable microwave. A microwave was available in the hall which was inconvenient. Overall, the staff was friendly and hospitable."
