"False advertising at its finest. The Arcadie Guesthouse is nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It felt more like a low-security prison than a cozy "guesthouse." Unfortunately, when we brought up our concerns with the front desk, Arcadia was defensive in how their pictures online misrepresented reality. They were also unwilling to provide us even a partial-refund for checking out after the first night. We also learned that Arcadia has a hotel AND guesthouse in a very confusing building...

"l'emplacement est un point positif permettant un accès tés rapide à la gare et au tram et également aux principaux sites de visites"

"We experienced freezing night without heat the management's explanation was rude and combative. It was not fun!!!"

"the shower was great but the water kept losing pressure every few minutes. Also we weren't told the hotel is up 2 flights of stairs to get to the lobby."

"Hot water takes a long time to get to the room. Hotel is about a 25 minute bus ride south of the town center with not a lot of amenities around it."

"La ubicación es excelente! El acceso es totalmente automatizado y el alojamiento nuevo."

"It was convenient location, near the train station. It has a kitchen, but it would be nice if they had some utensils, plates, etc. The staff was quick to respond."

"The room was clean, reasonably priced, and very cozy. Even though it is right in the city center, it was completely quiet inside—you don’t hear any of the city's hustle."

"I loved my room and the view of The Piazza.. Also the staff was wonderful, and very accommodating.. The Artist was conveniently close to all the sights and museums.. A GREAT STAY!!!! A nice Experience!!"
