"Beautiful, large spacious, high ceilings, perfect for families and 360 views of the city. Upstairs loft with queen, bed, downstairs, queen, bed, and option to have a crib. There was also an option to fold out a double size sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen was supplied with most of the amenities you would need to cook a meal or store groceries. Washer dryer was a bonus. If you have tiny kids requiring a Bath note that this place only has a shower. 95 or so steps up to this fourth floor...

Why on earth are they not emailing the customer?! Why is the paying customer being asked to seek them out for the privilege of entering a property they have paid for?! "Great location. Great communication with property manager. Very clean and comfortable. WiFi was only strong in one room, in the other areas of the apartment it was pretty weak. Hot water heater was glitchy as well. Overall great place to stay."

One detail that could be improved is the floor in the shower was not sloped correctly for proper drainage flow. Not a major issue but could/should be resolved in the future.
