"Boring"

"We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay here! Counting down the days until we can return. The service was phenomenal, and the room and all amenities (gym, sauna, steam room, spa) were perfection. Best pool and super clean and quiet beach. They even had less seaweed than the other beaches we had gone to throughout our trip. The food was spectacular and much better than the typical resort food. They also had a complete schedule of fun activities for kids and adults that gave it a nice resort...

"Clean and central location was nice. A little TLC and this hotel would have great potential.Not as modern as others but having a comfortable bed, working ice cold A/C and a big pool checks all the boxes for me.Never overcrowded and literally steps away from beach access is what keeps me coming back.Hotel has history with beautiful painted murals and art work throughout. My favorite place in all Cancun."

"Beautiful location and great proximity to Xcaret park. However, you can tell they are short staffed in some areas and by the end of the night they might be overwhelmed or tired to follow through with any requests. The food was ok. Would still come back with the family."
