Serviced Apartment di Puerto Plata

"Very clean. Comfortable. Close to the beach. There are cafes and restaurants on the beach to suit every taste and budget. Great pool."

"The outside of the property is beautiful, but the unit inside is very outdated and not cleaned throughly. There was mold in the bathroom shower. The appliances provided were very old and worn. We never got access to the wifi even after asking, which made it very difficult for me to work. There was no one available when I checked in, and Expedia even had a hard time getting in touch with someone. When we did get in contact with someone to cancel the reservation and get a refund, she was kind."

"Fantastic property, staff was great."

"Bad check in instructions, pool not usable and room was smelly and in bad shape"

"It was all perfect 😊"

"Saw one big croch roaming around...had to dirty one of my house slippers..."

"I like the staff it was clean quiet lovely room.and most of all it was safe.I’m definitely going back to stay at Level Suite."

"They gave us a different property because due to plumbing issue, but the other one have no air condition and it was hot"

"it was nice on the inside, but the outside was complete opposite. There were dining options but of the 3 places we went, they were all subpar. Dont get me started with the hotel, they charged you everything they could. They charged a $10 fee for "losing" a hand towel that was in the hotel room... Why would i steal a hand towel. The people were nice but would never return to DR, let alone this suite"

"This establishment is closed down . It looks abandoned and has chains and padlocks in the gate . The locals said that it has been closed for a year now "

"La habitación el personal y los servicios todo acorde a lo indicado."

"Wonderful vacation in a superb private resort with villas of all shapes and sizes, neat and clean, nice and comfortable with everything you need and want. Perfect service as friendly as can be. A place for people who like individual style, not the big exchangeable hotels with many tourists. "

"Slightly off the main, busy part of the Playa Cabarete. A slight bit of a hike (10 to 15 minutes) to where most of the restaurants and grocery stores, kite/wing schools/rentals are, but I appreciate the quietness and security the place has to offer. The facility is modern, clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again."

"Everybody was extremely nice and helpful from the first to the bartender even the owner showed up to make sure I knew how to unlock and lock the door keypad."
