"The entire staff is fantastic. Friendly, courteous and always helpful, they go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Learning your Spanish is important as many of the staff don't speak English or French. It is also respectful and they appreciate when you, at least try. Some guests smoke cigarettes in areas where they shouldn't be. I'd like to see a more aggressive approach regarding enforcement by the staff. Public areas, hallways and rooms should all be smoke free and most smokers...

"Viaje de pareja, nos hospedamos del 22 al 25 mayo x 3 noches, cuando llegamos hicimos check in súper rápido, nos guiaron a la habitación y cuando entramos no estaba el control del aire nos dijeron que lo reportarían y pasó hasta las 11:30 de la noche que volvimos a la habitación y llame que comenzaron a resolver, al final no servía el aire y pedí cambio a la 1:30 am. "Breakfast was ok. Servers no helpful. Room was terrible and in disarray, tiles in floor broken, sofa bed in room so dirty, you don’t want to seat on it. Bathroom shower loose from wall and toilet clogged up.. ******I do not recommend it *******"
