"Nice resort, beautiful 2bdrm suite and balconies with hammocks were great for our family with teenagers. Restaurant booking was painful, and with the buffet shut down for private functions leaves options limited, but they do offer 24hr room service. Limited pool/beach lounge chairs, have to resort to mercenary tactics to hold spots…don’t book excursions through onsite service providers. Staff and servers were great. Timeshare and spa sales were irritating. Resort credits are scarce and kept a mystery. Don’t bother advertising them. "

"This was our third stay at TRS Coral and did not disappoint. The location is great, right on a beautiful beach. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating and service is exceptional. This year our butlers, Ana and Sergio, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience and had to everything we needed. "

"We upgraded to a large ocean view room and honestly… highly recommend! 🌊✨ The view alone made it worth it. That said, All Ritmo Resort could definitely use some updates. The pool was missing quite a few tiles 🏊‍♂️ and when it rained, there were leaks coming through several windows onto the floor 🌧️😬. Food-wise, it could use a major refresh. Over the 3 nights we stayed, the kids’ options were basically the same every day—hotdogs, burgers, and fries 🍔🌭🍟—and the main buffet didn’t offer a lot of variety. On the bright side, Arturo at check-in was fantastic—super friendly and a pleasure to deal with 👏😊. There are also two convenient tour booking desks (one by the pool and one inside near the front desk), which made planning excursions really easy 🗺️. The boutique/gift shop is impressively stocked—you can find pretty much anything you might need, from souvenirs to medications to clothing and toys 🛍️🧴👕. The beach area is in a great location and it was always easy to find a chair to relax in 🏖️☀️. The water park is huge and a lot of fun for all ages 💦🎢, and we loved the underground walkway—super convenient and safe since you don’t have to cross any busy streets 🚶‍♀️👍. Overall: great views, friendly staff, and fun amenities—but definitely room for improvement in maintenance and food."

" All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing."
