"We had a great time and everything was wonderful. The only recommendation is better mattresses. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The food was great. We even had a favorite waitress. She was in the buffet restaurant outside for breakfast and lunch. She was the sweetest and remembered our drink order."

"The most pampered I've felt at an all-inclusive resort. Staff was very attentive for my wife and I's honeymoon, would definitely return. It was a quick trip getaway and there were more restaurants than days stayed! Food was delicious and the entertainment was wonderful. The only thing that I could note that caused any inconvenience was that the elevator closest to our room was out of service for the first couple of days, but it was repaired quickly."

"We had an absolutely amazing experience at SLS Cancun! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The resort is beautiful, stylish, and has such a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The service was truly outstanding, and the attention to detail made our stay feel extra special. The rooms were gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the pool and beach areas were absolutely beautiful. We especially loved the relaxing atmosphere, great music, and overall energy of the resort. SLS Cancun is the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, and fun. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! ❤️ A huge thank you to the entire SLS team for making our vacation so memorable. "WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."
