"There’s only 1 reasons to put 3 stars Rooms are really outdated and not taking care of properly they should replace a lot of things. For a 4 star hotel they need to replace stuff like bathroom fixtures, mattresses etc If the rooms were properly maintained I would stayed again because our kids and us had a good time. Waterpark and the beach is great. Everyone who works there are really nice and kind.It’s an older hotel and it has a character which I really loved. "
