"The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member...

"Sobresale el excelente servicio y buen trato del personal en general, es gente de experiencia en actitud de servicio y trato a los huéspedes. Mención especial al señor José que nos recibió y llevó nuestras maletas, excelente trato y amabilidad de su parte, y a la Srita. Marbella del stand de SPA, que junto con su compañera nos apoyaron con un tema que no era propiamente del SPA y aún así no dudaron en darnos el apoyo de una forma excepcional."

"Excellent food variety across all the restaurants! Great service! Magnificent layout of property with great views and access to all amenities including lagoon,ocean, pools, and water parks! "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Iberostar Resort! Everything was excellent—the food was delicious, the resort was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great service, fun activities, and an amazing beach. We had a fantastic vacation and would definitely come back! Highly recommend!"
