A very discounted hotel that matches the price point... nothing fancy, but generally ok if youre just in need of a bed and a shower. Make sure you save yourtowel and key cars, as they charge you $20 US if you lose a towel card.

The staff is excellent a standout is Fausto the door man he goes above and beyond always making you feel welcomed. Property is clean and well maintained. Towels and sheets have seen better days although clean. A nice stay

I like the location; I can go anyplace I like. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was excellent. Breakfast has many good choices. Overall, I will recommend this place.

The staff was awesome. Everyone was so helpful, especially the buffet workers. With four pool areas and a beach, nothing was crowded. While our room was mostly clean, the floor was really dirty. That was really our only issue.

Our room was very clean, everything worked (shower, outlets,tv). The staff was very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Pedro who severed us breakfast, he was fantastic always in a great mood and remembered what we wanted. Front desk people seemed annoyed about anyone asking questions once checked in already, all the food cooked there wasn’t good at all, bed are super hard and pillows very uncomfortable.

Booked this hotel last minute and let me tell you it was the best decision i made. Very good price and very nice rooms. Property was right on the main street. I had a car rental so parking was great and came in and out as i pleased. Walking distance of great restaurants and Starbucks. Staff was friendly. They have a couple stipulations that aren't hard to follow like returning all the room keys, remote and towel cards. No biggie we returned everything at checkout and we could legit say we will be back!

Not impressed.

This facility advertises that it is "Non-Smoking". This is not enforced as multiple people were walking around and sitting by the pool smoking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ate something that gave me Diarrhea, cost me two days of vacation recovering from that.

The hotel was pretty decent The price of breakfast buffet was reasonable. Not of the restaurant was very nice. Regarding the rooms there were few lizards in the room which could have been avoided otherwise the stay was very pleasant well maintained swimming pools very good food very reasonable price. One bad experience for me was the hair straightener in one of the rooms. We believe it was taken by the room service but it was never written back that was the only bad experience we had there in that hotel but overall we enjoyed staying in this hotel and the staffs were friendly we love a coming back to this hotel once again
