"When you first arrive up the lovely staircase, and are instructed to make yourself comfortable while the front desk staff fixes you a welcome drink, this is just the beginning of a fabulous experience. "Quite simply this was the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. The hotel is small and personal without being claustrophobic. All the staff, of which there are many, are so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay so special. Everyone has a smile on their face. Well done to the management for maintaining such a positive attitude with their team. The architecture of the hotel is perfection. We loved our room. The food and drink are of a high standard and yet reasonably priced. I loved the ease of using the hotel app to communicate with front desk and room service. All our requests and questions were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. We stayed in a double room villa which was actually two separate identical villas sharing our own large private pool. We even had a sea view. Any negatives? Not really. One of the lights in our pool was out, the plug in the bath didn’t make a perfect seal so drained out slowly and the tapas bar was closed on a couple of the nights we were there. Did it spoil our holiday - not one bit. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer."
