"The place was spotless, well equipment and very comfortable. Location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. My mum had difficulties to go all the way up the stairs to the second floor where our apartment was located and they changed us to the first floor as soon as they could."

"From our arrival at the hotel our stay was perfect! We were greeted with a smile and a glass of Prosecco to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The room was airy and spotlessly clean, with two tall windows onto the street. The hotel is near to restaurants and shops, but really quiet at night. It’s also within easy walk of all the sights, museums and churches. I would recommend a stay, and would definitely return to Venice and this hotel."

"Nice quaint hotel in a really interesting part of Venice and away from the crowds. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was easily accessible and well connected via the 'Accedemia' water bus stop nearby. Also easy walking to San Marco and Rialto areas etc. Lots of dining options around. This hotel has an elevator which was a welcome sight. Rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. "Many thanks to Frederico and staff for a wonderful stay at Casa Villa Gardenia! Everyone was so helpful with directions and recommendations. There is a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices and lovely pizzeria where we went for a lovely dinner. The breakfast served was very substantial. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Great area, close to train to Venice. Would stay there again!"

"Hébergement "bungalow" sans coin cuisine en effet pas de cuisine mentionné dans l'annonce mais pas si claire que ça, un petit frigo disponible qui nous a sauvé notre séjour tout de même. Il faudrait peut être mettre une bouilloire à disposition tout de même avec 2 verres ou tasses. Sinon logement propre rien à redire et service de navette extra !"

"Beautiful area in Canareggio. Much nicer and authentic than the other more turistic zones. As anywhere in Venice, rooms are small. Staff was very nice. Its quite a walk from the alilaguna ferry station so travel light or invest in a water taxi transfer to the campo santa Fosca, right at the hotel. My favorite part of the breakfast was sitting at the charming Campo (piazza) Santa Fosca. The hotel connects inside with hotel Tintoretto a sister property."

"We loved the experience of staying at Casa Martini. It was a great spot, not far from the train station and close to the Grand Canal. From the moment we arrived, which was earlier than checkin, Alberto graciously welcomed us and was most helpful with information on Venice. We so appreciated his knowledge of restaurants and how to get around. The hotel is a small, quant environment with lots of character and a wonderful oasis after fighting the crowds all day.
