I was just stopping by to check the premises out since I was WAY early for check in (11:30 AM) and my room was already ready and she let me check in! I was given a gift with 2 waters, apples, and few pieces of candy. The room is EXACTLY as online. I loved the mountain vibe with decor and looked to be recently renovated, clean and roomy. The pool was big and refreshing, and the free breakfast was a slight step up from the typical hotel...

"Rooms were clean, some peeling paint. Could use an update overall. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy walk from downtown Gatlinberg. Onsite restaurant had really good food and was priced reasonably as well as open until 11 pm for those late snacks. Ample parking and was included. I’d stay again."

"Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich."

"This is an historical property - very good location with parking. If you come later in the day, the parking is down a hill from the entrance. Room is dated, bathroom is small, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is fine. Room was clean."
