"El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable y atento. Las fotos del lugar no corresponde a la realidad, el cuarto donde estuvimos era muy viejo, olía muchísimo a humedad, las cortinas no servían y no podamos subirlas, estaba obscuro todo el cuarto, tenía muy poca luz, el sofá cama estaba muy incómodo, un día no hicieron el aseo del cuarto y no dieron ninguna explicación, también quisimos pagar una parte en efectivo y no lo aceptaron."

The good: rooms were clean, beds comfy The "even better if": rooms are small...even for NYC, there is nowhere to store anything which means in and out of your suitcases every day. If you're only staying 2 nights...this is no problem 5 nights...bit of a nuisance. This also means nowhere to air towels which results in new ones required each day...not great for sustainability. "Booked with them back in February. Blizzard happened, airport was shut down so my whole trip ended up getting canceled. They refused to give me a refund and told me to dispute it with my bank as it was an emergency weather shut down. My dispute got denied. Than I was just charged a second time. Would never book with them again. What a joke."

"La propiedad estaba muy limpia, organizada. Llegamos al hotel a eso de las 9:30 am y ya pudimos hacer check-in y subir a la habitación. Tengan en cuenta que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y se puede decir que hasta incómodas. Los baños compartidos la verdad no son un problema porque hay cuatro en cada nivel, nunca tuve que esperar por usar uno; eso si, son algo pequeños pero siempre muy limpios."

"Staff is always nice. Elevators are slow and one was down. Ice machines did not work, tried 4 floors before going to front desk. Furniture in lobby stained and dirty. Towels are old and torn. They were so worn they needed to be labeled rag. The location is superb"
