"The hot tub was hot enough, but very cloudy water, also the surface was very rough & bottom was uneven. Last step down was over 8" down, difficult withough rail to pull self up to next level (knee replaced 9 wks prior). The odor of the area was not clean or fresh smelling. ROOM: 1) no room #outside door figured it out by looking at rooms across from mine & by bypassing room, 439, plus key worked! 2) No microwave in room, sadly, I didn't notice that in ammemnities, otherwise would not have stayed there. 3)No coffee cups, only had 2 water cups that were placed in ice bucket. 4)No bag for dirty (wet) clothes. 5)PILLOWS were the worse I've EVER had in any low class motel. They were the old cheap chopped foam, very lumpy, crammed in & pillow cases folded, so almost shaped like a ball. I didn't notice until ready for bed. 6)Check in took 30 minutes standing in a line that only had 2 people in the line & 2 people being checked in. One of the women doing the check in, kept stepping in back, so unsure what or why... went to check out down there, since I didn't use tv & a long line, so I just left. ~NO, even though it was in a good location for my appointment, I will not stay there again. I stayed at Comfort Inn the last time, farther from my appointemnt & dining, but will go back there. "

"The check in,staff and location was good. We arrived early and were accommodated with an alternative room since our room was not ready uet. Unfortunately the toilet stop flushing by early morning. I believe the hotel was aware of yhis prior to assigning this room to us. A staff member was actually in the bathroom of our room when my Husband entered the room. He did not say anything about the toilet had a problem. ThisI find was unacceptable. "

"The whole property stunk, it was dirty, outdated, first room and floor i was in smelled like stale cigarettes and the next floor reeked like animal pee. There were sketchy people in the parking lots, it was awful "
