"We had a fantastic experience at Occidental Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help.
The property is absolutely immaculate. The staff is constantly cleaning, maintaining, and touching up the resort; you can tell they take pride in keeping everything beautiful. One thing that really stood out to us was how well they manage pests. There were virtually no bugs...
