"Extremely disappointing experience, especially as a longtime Expedia/Hotels.com VIP customer.
Due to the similarity in the Palladium property names, I mistakenly arrived at the wrong location while traveling for my son’s wedding. I immediately attempted to resolve the issue, but communication and assistance were very poor and stressful throughout the process.
Promised VIP amenities such as champagne and hors d’oeuvres were not provided upon arrival and only appeared very late at night after I complained. I ultimately had to spend hundreds of dollars on transportation and another hotel closer to my family and the wedding location.
Even at the second property, my bracelet was never properly activated despite multiple requests, leaving me unable to access certain areas without assistance. Additional room issues also occurred.
Overall, what should have been a joyful family occasion became emotionally exhausting, financially burdensome, and very frustrating. I sincerely hope improvements are made regarding guest communication, coordination, and service."
