"Having to scan QR codes for menus was a bit frustrating. The map of the property to find your way around was really small print. I think this all works fine for younger tech savvy people. It is not user friendly to the older generation who want to read things."

"I absolutely fell in love with this place! From the amazing staff and their hospitality to the beautiful atmosphere, everything made this getaway such a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and there was so much to enjoy, with plenty of activities, events, and options to make the stay memorable. The resort truly has everything you need to relax, have fun, and enjoy a fantastic vacation. I had such a great time that I’m already looking forward to coming back and exploring even more of what the resort has to offer. I would definitely return with my family and friends. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an enjoyable and unforgettable getaway!"

"My second time at the Barcelo resorts, the property was beautiful as always and well maintained even through seaweed season. We really enjoyed the amenities such as the Spa/HydroTherapy, Water Sports, and the A La Carte restaurants. We do want to note that our jacuzzi tub on the balcony was broken, we stayed on the second floor, our first night we tried using the tub and it was leaking so bad that water was leaking down to the first floor room that had a swim up pool. Some staff were amazing, however we had an unusual amount of rude encounters when asking questions and most often during our “late” dinner reservations, specifically in Sapporo (Japanese restaurant in the Adults only) and Caribe (Caribbean restaurant in the Palace). The hours were strange and it seemed everything closed earlier than what has been previously experienced here as well as other resorts. The late night room service menu did not compensate for early closures as it only offered 4-5 items. Air conditioning in the room wasn’t as strong as we would have preferred but it was also extremely hot during our stay. Likely we will not be back to this specific resort."

"We had an amazing honeymoon at Bahía Príncipe Tulum! The staff were amazing, so entertaining, and helpful. The food was great. We especially loved the restaurants at all the resorts. We can’t wait to come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by the hotel, the beautiful property, and the incredible attention to detail throughout. The art, installations, architecture, and overall design made the entire experience feel unique and thoughtfully curated. Everything was beautifully maintained, and we especially appreciated the high quality of the food and drinks. We had a fantastic time and left with many wonderful memories. The only area for improvement would be the frequent sales pitches for additional services, tours, memberships, and other paid experiences. While we understand that these offerings are part of the resort’s business, being approached so often made certain moments feel less relaxing and comfortable. At a property of this caliber, we would have appreciated a more subtle, personalized approach that allows guests to fully enjoy their stay without feeling pressured to purchase extras. Overall, it is a truly impressive property with so much to offer, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. With a more discreet approach to upselling, the guest experience would be even better."

"Second time here, after 10 years! One of the best times compared to other resorts we've stayed at. Their nightly shows are exciting, always something different. Love the options for pools, restaurants, and things to do here. Beach is nice as well! Staff are all super friendly! Highly recommend staying here, sure we will be back again. Thanks again! "Everything was great! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed every night of partying with them. Everyone, including the staff, had a fantastic time, and the food was delicious. The ladies at the buffet were particularly amazing; they were incredibly kind and attentive."
