"I booked the property for $145 per night, that is quite high with respect to this hotel's ambiance, cleanness and amenities provided. It should not fall into hotel category, it should be hostel. The bedsheet, chairs and comforter are not cleaned. Here and there stain marks are there. I am totally disappointed with this stay, I will call expedia separately to discuss on the same. They should verify before enlisting any property into there website. Terrible experience!! Waste of money"

"The only good thing about this place is the location, besides that you basically get what you paid for. Service desk/lounge is probably the cleanest of the whole building. The elevators are tiny/dirty, the hallways look rundown with dirty carpets and stains on the walls, bottom of your room doors are worn out so it's not completely closed(the crevice is pretty significant, noticed it's like that with all the doors) so had to put towels in between to close it to make sure nothing gets in. So, it was an excellent location. Room had a view of the river/water. Room was very spacious for a standard double bed room and very much affordable when booked ahead of time. Would stay there again."
