There is no staff, no reception. You have to wait in the street by the door, and contact them by WhatsApp! Finally they give you code to get into the building. This is not a hotel, very unusual. I have never had a bad experience like this. We were assigned room #3, very very small, almost impossible to take a shower. The area for taking shower is very very small. It is around. 24 X 14 !?! They made the bed, and changed the towels daily however the container for soap was empty and never was filled!?!?! Overall very bad experience, 3 uncomfortable night. Very very uncomfortable shower.

Herşey iyiydi çok.fazla bir beklentiyle gitmedik temiz ve derli topluydu odalar. Herşey çalışıyordu.btek istegim tarife göre gittik ama tabela aradık aparman numarası ve ismin sadece zilde yazdığı belietilseydi daha hızlı bulabilirdik. Ama iletişime geçtiğimiz kisiler hızlı cevap veriyordu.

The location was good and quiet, but the facility was not. We arrived in our room to find a broken toilet seat, a ceiling pendant light hanging only by a screw, and a shower panel in poor condition. Hope they fix before someone else use it.

Hidden gem, great location

Absolutely no regrets. I was a little worried about other’s reviews but having been to Italy a number of times this is a very normal accommodation. The neighbourhood is great and we walked to most everything except the vatican. The price was fantastic and the room was quiet. Thank you.

Good and cheap place to sleep when travelling

I stayed 1 night, for the price, the place is fine, you have a room to sleep, and it's clean. It's not a 5 star hotel, you get what you pay for. I was worried due to other reviews, but if you are looking for a place to sleep and have a private bathroom, the place is good. I was given the codes to check in before my arrival. The only thing a faced is that there's no phone signal or Internet in the room. But other than that, it was really fine for the price and the communication with the host was good and helpful.

We got lucky and another person staying there let us inside so we could call for a check-in. Without them, who knows how long we'd be stuck outside. The area around is sketchy AF but that's not their fault, just be aware. The room was fine, did the job and had met our needs. The room was in need of some basic repairs but nothjng major.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I can't believe Hotels.com actually lists this hotel. Take it off the website. Service is non-existent. Someone else stated that there is no reception. This is still true. There was a lady next door, spoke no English, that gave us the code to the "what" was the hotel. There are 5 rooms, no way to tell which is yours as there's no one to greet you. A cleaning lady came in a few hours later, again spoke no English. She contacted the owner and got us into the correct room. After we had the right room, the stay was pleasant.

Per me la sostenibilità è un must. Camera pulita, facile da raggiungere. Personale non presente h24 in loco ma con il loro recapito è davvero facile parlare (anche tramite whatsapp). Sicuramente consigliata!

Great little place

Basic but perfect for what I wanted. Clean and simple while being comfortable. Just make sure you have the WhatsApp number before you go as if you arrive late it could be a little awkward to get in. Restaurant and gelato place nearby are excellent too.

Atención con la hora de llegada al apartamento

Las habitaciones son de un particular. Sobretodo a tener en cuenta, no llegar en el apartamento después de las 19:00h de la tarde. Nosotros no lo sabiamos y la primera respuesta fue, que si llegavamos más tarde no nos devolverian el dinero y no podriamos entrar a dormir. Por suerte, buscaron una solución y pudimos ir a dormir. Así, que si teneis que llegar tarde, preguntad antes a los anquilionos si es viable. Las habiataciones estan a un cuarto piso sin acensor pero la parte buena fue, que la habitación estaba muy limpia, era muy bonita y la habitacion que nos dieron tenia unas vistas increïbles. Nos encanto estar unos dias ahi.

The hotel was in the middle of town in a great area. The room itself was efficient, however, there were some problems with the electrical and with flooding from the wall in the bathroom when taking a shower. It is a good place to stay if you need an economical stay.

Don’t bother!!

Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking, think again… we were in room 1. As soon as we walked in the room, the smell of mould hit you worse than stepping off a plane and the heat slapping you in the face. The smell was so over whelming! At first I couldn’t see any, and I looked everywhere! I opened the windows and went out for a few hours hoping the smell would go. When I came back the mould was starting to become visible, it must have been wiped down before we got there. I could barely sleep the smell was so over powering. Day 2 I cried and really didn’t want to go back.. the mould was starting to show and it was everywhere! I tried reaching out to the property for a refund so we could afford to book another hotel, but they ignored my messages and we had no choice but to stay. I bought our own cleaning products, LOTS of air freshener and kept the windows open and all times with the bathroom door shut. This slightly helped but honestly was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We spend as little time as possible in the room. The only good thing was location wise - around 20 minute walk to most things. If you’re reading this Popolo - I want a refund!!!

Tem alguma sujeira no quarto que dificulta a respiração. A janela não fecha e o ar condicionado funciona muito mal.

Il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. La personne qui nous a donné les codes d’accès ne parlait pas anglais. Difficile d’avoir des informations. La douche n’était pas propre et elle avait un faible débit d’eau. Impossible de se laver les cheveux. Le siège de toilette était brisé. Peu d’insonorisation. Nous entendons le cadran de la chambre voisine.

There was a paper on door to the room with 2 phone numbers to call. No one answered. 3 of us tried several times. We had to quickly find another room for 1 night elsewhere and paid double. We could not get into room. Days later in e-mail I received info with code to get in. MAD!! They could have sent it days in advance. After my 16 day Italy trip aI will fight this charge. It was not even a hotel. It was someone renting out their room and they called it a hotel

La chambre était normale de premier abord. Cependant beaucoup de problèmes. - Poubelle pas vidée - Serviettes qui sentent le vinaigre - La douche qui fuit - La cuvette qui se détache des toilettes - Le cuir du lit qui s’effrite -Le matelas beaucoup trop mou -Absence de rideaux occultants - Gérant pas disponible au téléphone le soir -Les lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas toutes - Un seul oreiller est confortable sur les 3 dispos - Égouts bouchés, on patauge quand on se douche

La casa de huésped y en la habitación se entra con un código el dueño nos no nos lo proporcionó y nos tuvimos que ir a buscar la vida nos intentamos poner en contacto con él en varias ocasiones y nunca nos cogió el teléfono desaconsejo totalmente que contratéis este alojamiento
