"I did not use the kitchen. It is an apartment with a small room and small bathroom. It is not a hotel. I was charged an extra 60 Euros because I did not arrive until 1:00AM. I called the contact person when I arrived but it took time to get the luggage and get the bus which is 1 hour ride to the Centrsl Station in Milan. "Hotel was lovely, very close to all central attractions. Reception staff especially Jasmine was first class. The only downfall was the hot water which was non existant. After working on it for 2 days the hotel asked us to move rooms, which even though an upgrade I detest doing whilst I am away. Compared with other indigo properties Bangkok and London this one is sub par. Overall the experience was 8/10"

The first thing that I would call out is the location - it is two blocks from the Duomo in a quiet and lovely building - at night it is extremely quiet despite the location being in such a heavily trafficked area.
